Tour Reviews
This was a very educational and fun day with Robert (our guide). We learned a lot about the interesting history of the Netherlands and the Second World War. Robert was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. His English is also very impressive, it is fluent! Top notch tour.
I encourage anyone looking for more information about the impact of the Second World War on the Netherlands or the Jewish history to attend this tour. It was an informative and interesting trip with excellent service. Thank you again.
Robert did a great job narrating our tour and explaining the history of the WWII. Well worth the price!
Our guide was brilliant and even shared his family’s history. He picked us up from the hotel and made us feel very comfortable. It was a 1 hour drive to the first destination: Rotterdam. Besides the interesting history of the city, we were also impressed by its architecture. We had no idea the Netherlands had such a modern city. It was amazing to learn about the bombing of Rotterdam. There is so much more to see in the Netherlands besides Amsterdam. After Rotterdam we visited Arnhem and our guide also showed us the countryside. Highlight of our vacation!
If you want to really understand the Netherlands’ role in WWII, this is a must-do!
We went as a family, and even my teenagers found this WWII tour fascinating. Our guide kept everyone engaged, explaining things clearly and answering all of our questions. The guide shared stories that made it feel very real. I would highly recommend this tour!
If you love history, this tour is a must. Our guide was so knowledgeable about WWII and shared many details I didn’t know about the Dutch Resistance and the battles that took place here.
This tour was amazing! Our guide’s passion and respect for the history made it even more impactful. We visited key WWII sites, including war cemeteries and the Arnhem area. Learning about the local impact of the war, and seeing where these events took place, really brought the history to life. Highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting the Netherlands.
This was a moving and educational experience. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about WWII history in the Netherlands, and they made every story come alive. Especially visiting the Arnhem bridge and hearing about Operation Market Garden was surreal.
